Job Description
As a Journey Level Technician, you’ll diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC systems for both residential and commercial clients. You’ll be expected to troubleshoot complex system issues and provide excellent customer service while working independently in the field.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair a variety of HVAC systems including boilers and heat pumps
- Perform routine maintenance and system tune-ups
- Accurately complete service tickets and maintenance reports
- Educate customers on system performance and maintenance needs
- Follow safety procedures and maintain clean work environments
- On-call availability for emergency repairs as needed
Qualifications
- 4+ years of HVAC service experience
- Valid journeyman technician license
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical, and refrigeration components
- Excellent diagnostic and customer service skills
- Valid driver’s license with clean record
