Job Description
Join our growing service team as an Entry Level HVAC Technician. You’ll support experienced techs on service calls and gradually take on more responsibilities as your skills grow. This position is ideal for those new to the trade or recently graduated from an HVAC program.
Responsibilities
- Assist with HVAC diagnostics, repairs, and routine maintenance
- Shadow and learn from senior technicians in the field
- Prepare tools, parts, and service equipment
- Maintain accurate service records and reports
- Support team in ensuring customer satisfaction
- Attend job training and classroom instruction as part of development
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic understanding of HVAC principles
- Mechanical aptitude and good problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and customer service abilities
- Must be dependable, teachable, and motivated to grow
- Enrollment in HVAC trade school or apprenticeship a plus
