Job Description
Looking to start your HVAC career? As an Entry Level Installer at Engebos Heating and Cooling LLC, you’ll assist experienced installers with the setup and installation of HVAC systems. This role is ideal for hands-on learners eager to grow into a skilled trade position.
Responsibilities
- Assist with HVAC system installation, including loading/unloading equipment
- Help measure, cut, and fit ductwork and materials
- Maintain clean job sites and organize tools
- Follow directions from lead installers and technicians
- Learn and follow safety protocols at all times
- Attend training sessions and participate in apprenticeship opportunities
